IWC Portugieser Chronograph (Ref. IW371606) – Blue Elegance with Manufacture Movement
The IWC Portugieser Chronograph with the reference IW371606 from the year 2023 is one of the most modern interpretations of an absolute watch classic. This reference preserves the legendary, marine chronometer-inspired design that has characterized the Portugieser line since the 1930s, but combines it with contemporary manufacture technology.
Technology & Movement
The decisive upgrade of this generation is the IWC manufacture caliber 69355. Visible through the sapphire crystal case back, it replaces the older ETA-based movements.

Dial: Deep, maritime Midnight Blue with a noble sunburst finish that changes color depending on the light incidence.

Case: Classic stainless steel with a diameter of 41 mm and an extremely narrow bezel, making the watch appear visually larger and more open.

Legibility: Typical applied Arabic numerals and slender feuille-shaped hands in silver tone.

Strap: High-quality black alligator leather strap with an ergonomically optimized IWC folding clasp for ideal wearing comfort.
Due to the vertical arrangement of the totalizers (minute stopwatch at 12 o’clock, small seconds at 6 o’clock), the dial retains its world-famous, purist symmetry despite the Chronograph function.
