Shipping policy

This English version is provided for convenience only. Only the German version is legally binding. In the event of any discrepancy between the German and the English version, the German version shall prevail.

Fast and straightforward processing

As soon as you have decided on a watch, we take care of all further steps. For years we have worked with proven service partners who offer well-established processes and ensure smooth dispatch. You can sit back and look forward to your new watch.

Fully insured shipping

Whether you offer us a watch for sale or have bought a watch from us yourself – you do not need to worry about safe shipping. We cooperate with reputable freight forwarders and service providers and can insure your watch up to its full value – regardless of the destination country. The costs for this depend on the distance and the value of the parcel.

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. If you have any questions about customs regulations or export declarations, we will be happy to assist you.

Delivery times & shipping costs

Germany:

  • Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
  • Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days by UPS Express or FedEx.

European Union:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 working days by UPS Express or FedEx.

Worldwide shipping:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Worldwide shipping is by FedEx with a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days.

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance and that import duties or other fees may apply, over which we have no influence.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Bank transfer

Payments are processed via Shopify Payments (operated by Stripe). Your payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

Returns & exchanges

If you, as a consumer, have purchased a watch through our website, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Within this period you may return the watch without giving any reason. Please note that you must compensate for any diminished value if it results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (Section 357(7) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).

Legal notice: This shipping policy applies primarily to Germany and the European Union. For deliveries abroad, differing rules as well as customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. The stated delivery times are guidelines; we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
