Fast and straightforward processing

As soon as you have chosen a watch, we take care of all further steps. For years we have worked with proven service partners who offer well-rehearsed procedures and ensure smooth dispatch. You can sit back, relax, and look forward to your new watch.


Fully insured dispatch

Whether you offer us a watch for sale or have bought a watch from us yourself – you do not need to worry about safe dispatch. We cooperate with reputable haulage firms and service providers and can fully insure your watch, within Germany and the European Union, up to the value of the goods, and worldwide up to a value of €100,000. The costs for this depend on the distance and the value of the parcel.

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. If you have questions about customs rules or export declarations, we will be pleased to assist you.

Delivery times & dispatch costs

  • Germany:
    • Dispatch within Germany is free of charge.
    • Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days by UPS Express or FedEx.
  • European Union:
    • Dispatch costs are calculated at checkout.
    • Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 working days by UPS Express or FedEx.
  • Worldwide dispatch:
    • Dispatch costs are calculated at checkout.
    • Worldwide dispatch is by FedEx with a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days.
    • Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance and that import duties or other fees may apply, over which we have no influence.


Payment

We accept most common methods of payment. You can pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or by bank transfer.


Return & exchange

If you, as a consumer, have purchased a watch through our website, you have a 14-day right of cancellation. Within this period you may return the watch without stating reasons. Please ensure, however, that the condition of the watch has not changed (e.g. no signs of wear), as otherwise costs or reductions in value may arise.
