Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
 • on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one good or several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered as a single delivery;
 • on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the lowest-priced standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your withdrawal from this contract is received by us.

For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier time.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Unless otherwise agreed, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

3. Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

• Delivery of goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;

• Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

• The right of withdrawal expires in the case of contracts for goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return or whose value has been impaired by use, provided that the use goes beyond checking the nature and function;
