The Rolex Datejust 16233 from the year 1991 is the perfect bridge between vintage charm and modern technology. As the first 36mm Datejust in stainless steel and Yellow Gold, it introduced the scratch-resistant Sapphire Crystal, which made the case more robust and flatter.
