The Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch is one of the most iconic wristwatches in the world – a timeless classic with a unique history. As the first watch on the moon, it has symbolized precision, reliability, and pioneering spirit since 1969.
This current model remains true to the historic design, but has been brought up to date technically and in terms of quality. The 42 mm stainless steel case houses a deep black, matte dial with applied hour indices and the legendary tachymeter scale on the black aluminum bezel. The hesalite-like look is given a modern interpretation by scratch-resistant Sapphire Crystal on the front, while the transparent case back allows fascinating views of the movement.
Inside, the Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer Caliber 3861 is at work – a hand-wound movement, METAS-certified, with exceptional rate accuracy, high magnetic resistance up to 15,000 gauss, and a power reserve of approx. 50 hours.
The robust stainless steel bracelet with polished and satin-finished links ensures a high level of wearing comfort and underscores the watch’s sporty-elegant character.
