The Rolex Day-Date 36 Ref. 18238 is one of the most famous and prestigious luxury watches in the world. Since its introduction, the Day-Date has stood for success, elegance, and the highest Swiss watchmaking craftsmanship. The reference 18238, produced from the late 1980s, belongs to the most sought-after vintage generations and combines classic design with modern technical improvements, including the reliable caliber 3155 with double quickset for Weekday and Date.
Made of 18 karat Yellow Gold, the watch impresses with its classic 36 mm Oyster case, the distinctive fluted bezel, and the legendary President bracelet, exclusively reserved for the Day-Date. The elegant dial with spelled-out Weekday at 12 o'clock and Date at 3 o'clock with cyclops lens gives this model its unmistakable identity.
Inside works the Rolex manufacture caliber 3155, a COSC-certified automatic movement with double quickset, allowing comfortable adjustment of Date and Weekday.
