Every watch you buy from us comes with a twelve-month guarantee from delivery.

What is covered?

The functionality of the watch, i.e. the movement and its functions. Damage caused by improper handling, external influences or unauthorized interventions is excluded.

Water resistance

Water resistance of pre-owned watches is not a warranted characteristic. Under DIN 8310, it is not a permanent characteristic and may be impaired by ageing of seals, external influences or previous interventions. Any details in the description are based on the manufacturer's information and do not constitute our own assurance. For watches whose date of manufacture was more than 15 years ago, we do not give any guarantee of water resistance.

What about the manufacturer guarantee?

If the watch is still covered by a manufacturer guarantee (for Rolex, e.g. five years from the purchase date on the guarantee card), it applies in parallel to our guarantee. Whether and until when it applies is stated in the product description – we are also happy to check this for you by phone. Cologne Watch is not an authorized dealer of the respective watch brands.

Your statutory rights

The guarantee applies in addition to and does not restrict your statutory warranty rights. The warranty period is set out in § 8 of our terms and conditions.
