Description
The 2026 Rolex GMT-Master II with reference 126720VTNR is one of the most extraordinary and masterfully crafted models in the history of the Rolex Professional range. Known worldwide among watch enthusiasts as the “Sprite”, this GMT-Master II captivates with its avant-garde case architecture: it is designed as a so-called “Destro” watch, with the screw-down crown and crown guard unusually positioned on the left side of the case (9 o’clock). Combined with the two-tone green and Black Cerachrom bezel, this reference represents a coveted highlight of modern Rolex engineering.
Substantial 40 mm Oystersteel case for left-handers (Destro): The case made of high-strength 904L stainless steel is distinguished by its mirrored arrangement of the controls. The winding crown and crown guard are positioned at 9 o’clock—ideal for left-handers or enthusiasts of unconventional wearing options.
Two-tone Cerachrom bezel in Green and Black: The bidirectionally rotating 24-hour bezel stands out with its seamless ceramic insert. The green half represents the daytime hours, while the black half represents the nighttime hours. The engraved numerals and graduations are painstakingly coated with platinum using the PVD process.
Glossy Black dial with offset date window: The deep Black dial perfectly showcases the striking Green GMT hand. Due to the reversed case design, the date window, including the characteristic Cyclops lens, is positioned at 9 o’clock. The hands and hour markers are coated with highly luminous Chromalight material.
In-house Manufacture Calibre 3285: Inside, the highly advanced, latest-generation automatic movement with two time zones is at work. It features the antimagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring, the Paraflex shock-absorber system, and the highly efficient Chronergy escapement. The calibre offers approximately 70 hours of power reserve with the customary chronometer precision (-2/+2 seconds per day).
Scratch-resistant Sapphire Crystal with lens at 9 o’clock: Flat Sapphire Crystal protects the dial. The magnifying Cyclops lens is positioned precisely above the date window at 9 o’clock.
Professional-grade water resistance (100 m / 10 ATM): The screw-down Triplock winding crown and hermetically screwed Oystersteel caseback provide complete protection against moisture and pressure.
Oyster or Jubilee bracelet with Easylink extension: The reference can be worn either on the three-piece Oyster bracelet or the five-link Jubilee bracelet made of 904L stainless steel. The Oysterlock safety folding clasp features the practical Easylink extension system (+5 mm).
