What about the manufacturer guarantee?

If the watch is still covered by a manufacturer guarantee (for Rolex, e.g. five years from the purchase date on the guarantee card), it applies in parallel to our guarantee. Whether and until when it applies is stated in the product description – we are also happy to check this for you by phone. Cologne Watch is not an authorized dealer of the respective watch brands.

The distinctive case of the Rolex Daytona is made of robust stainless steel, fine 18-karat Yellow, White, or Everose gold, or a combination of both materials. With a diameter of 40 mm, the case offers a perfect balance between sportiness and elegance and is water-resistant to 100 metres (330 feet).

Is shipping insured?

Yes, every watch is shipped fully insured via UPS Express or FedEx. We assume full responsibility until the watch has arrived safely with you.

How long does delivery take?

Within Germany, 1–3 working days (free shipping). Within the EU, 2–4 working days. Internationally, 2–5 working days. Shipping costs for the EU and international destinations are calculated at checkout.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx. Please note that import duties may apply, the amount of which is beyond our control.
