All watches are technically inspected and professionally refurbished where necessary. Please refer to the condition description in the product details for the exact cosmetic and technical condition.

What warranty do I receive?
Every watch comes with a 12-month warranty covering the movement. In addition, you are of course fully entitled to your statutory warranty rights.

Is shipping insured?
Yes, every watch is shipped fully insured via UPS Express or FedEx. We assume full responsibility until the watch has arrived safely with you.
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, 1–3 working days (free shipping). Within the EU, 2–4 working days. Internationally, 2–5 working days. Shipping costs for the EU and international destinations are calculated at checkout.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx. Please note that import duties may apply, the amount of which is beyond our control.
Can I collect and view the watch in person?
Yes, visit us in Cologne (Benesisstr. 24–32, 50672 Cologne) or Düsseldorf (Schadowstrasse 11, 40212 Düsseldorf).
Can I return the watch?
